Congratulations to Victoria Ivie (Murphy, NC) for receiving her National Referee Certification at the 2023 USA Volleyball Girls' 18s National Championships in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend.

By all accounts, she was one of the top candidates at the tournament and represented the Carolina Region very well.  Way to go, Victoria!
