The Carolina Region is pleased to announce that we have two new Junior National Referees in the Region:

• David "Glenn" Horton (Fuquay-Varina, NC)
• Robert Webb (Chapel Hill, NC)

David and Robert advanced through the Carolina Region Officials Accelerated Advancement Program (OAAP).  This intensive training program prepares officials for higher ratings over a three year period.  They were rated at the USAV Girls' 14-17 Junior National Championships in Chicago. 

Congratulations to our newest Junior National Referees.  Be sure to congratulate them at future Carolina Region tournaments.
