Nominations for the 2013 Service Awards are now being accepted.

Nominations for adults who have served the Junior Assembly of USA Volleyball on a local, regional and national level are needed for the following categories:

1. Outstanding Program Director
2. Outstanding Female Coach
3. Outstanding Male Coach
4. Outstanding Parent
5. Outstanding Clinician
6. Outstanding Service (This category is only for people who do NOT fit any of the above categories)
7. Outstanding Referee
    Commission: To recognize an outstanding referee within the USA Volleyball Junior Volleyball community.
    Criteria:
     A. USA Volleyball member.
     B. Must demonstrate consistent quality and ability throughout matches assigned.
     C. Demonstrates leadership qualities in his/her capacity as a 1st or 2nd referee.
8.  Outstanding Scorer
     Commission: To recognize an outstanding scorer within the USA Volleyball Junior Volleyball community.
     Criteria:
     A. USA Volleyball member.
     B. Must demonstrate consistent quality and ability throughout matches assigned.
     C. Demonstrate high quality of teamwork with other members of the officiating team

 

Please consult the USAV Guidebook for specific criteria for each of these awards.  This information can be found in the 2013 Guidebook (contact the Region for criteria).

Nominations should include:
1. Nominees Name and Region
2. Address
3. Phone Number and Email Address
4. One page explanation of the nominee’s accomplishments and reason for nomination.
5. Name address, phone number and email address of the person submitting the nomination (Nominations must be submitted on the nomination form linked below).

Nominations must be submitted no later than February 15, 2013, nominations will not be accepted after this date.
