The Carolina Region Officials Accelerated Advancement Program provides an avenue for an official to receive more training in a shorter amount of time. This program could possibly take an official that has a Provisional 1 certification and ready them for a Regional 2 certification in three seasons. The OAAP is also the avenue for CR Officials to advance to obtain their Junior National and National certifications.
