Read moreWe are usually not able to reschedule tournaments that are cancelled due to weather. Our tournament schedule (Weekends used) is finalized during May or June of each year. We generally use every available weekend January through March. Easter and Qualifiers also affect out schedule in March/April. So, if we lose a tournament weekend, we do not have another available weekend to move tournaments to. Teams that have a tournament cancelled will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
