DOUG BALSER

Doug is the current Director of Champion Volleyball Club in Winston-Salem and is also the head coach at Reagan High School.  Doug founded Champion Volleyball Club in 2007 with one team and has grown the program over the past 14 years, and now fields over 30 teams.  The club has added a Beach program and an intramural program over the past couple of years, enabling them to reach well over 500 players around the Triad. 

He has currently completed his 7th season at Reagan High school, where his teams have captured 4 conference championships, and three trips to the 4A Final four.  Prior to his time at Reagan, he has coached at South Stokes High School, High Point Christian Academy, and First Assembly Christian School.  

He has served as the Youth & Junior Girls Rep on the Carolina Region Board and is the current Treasurer on the Board.
