2023 ANNUAL MEETING

The Carolina Regional Volleyball Association will hold its Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Carolina Region offices (3770 Clemmons Rd, STE C) in Clemmons at 9:00 am. The Annual Meeting is open to any Carolina Region member through a Zoom link. The main purpose of this Annual Meeting is to update the Region membership and Board of Directors on the 2022/2023 season and any other items concerning the membership that may be presented.  Officer elections are not scheduled for this year. In addition to the Annual Meeting that weekend, the board will be holding its Annual Retreat at the Carolina Region offices. The primary focus of the Board retreat this year will be Strategic Planning. If you have an agenda item you wish to have the board consider at any Region Board meeting, please forward to the Region Office by May 30. Please contact the Region Office by June 1 to receive a Zoom link to participate in the 2023 Annual Meeting.
