PLAYER CLINICS!
Power-Core 360 is an exciting NEW technology for attackers that will rapidly improve hitting power while also reducing the risk of shoulder injury. Triangle VBC is hosting a Volleyball Power Hitting Clinic with Nick Cheronis [former and long-time Associate Head Coach of University of Florida] on Saturday, September 18, 9-11 AM. Misty May is coming to North Carolina on October 23 to give two player clinics: an indoor clinic for ages 12-18 at the Greensboro Sportsplex and an outdoor clinic at the outdoor courts at UNC-Greensboro for adults and juniors ages 12 and up. See the flyer for more information.
