2006 ANNUAL MEETING

The Carolina Regional Volleyball Association held its Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Sunday, April 30, 2006 at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro.

The main purpose of the Annual Meeting was to elect Board Members for three-year terms (through 2009). The following positions were up for election:

Treasurer Amber Fulk

Fred Wendelboe was appointed to the position of Past-President since Chuck as staff is not eligible. Staff reported this season's membership totals as 4386 and 373 teams as of April 30, 2006. The Region operated successfully both from a Programs and Operations standpoint. We will continue to have growing pains as our membership increases. The need to identify additional facilities and tournament hosts will be critical to continue our growth.
