CONGRATULATIONS
Here's some recent accomplishments that Deserve Regional Recognition!
NEW INTERNATIONAL OUTDOOR OFFICIAL:
Congratulations to Keith Murlless of Asheville who earned his Outdoor International Candidate Referee rating at a clinic/tournament in Italy this summer. He's started the process to becoming an Outdoor International Referee and will be one of a very few with this rating in the United States. Keith also recently was selected to officiate the AVP's Best of the Beach tournament in Honolulu, Hawaii.
DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD:
Congratulations to Rick Laskey for being selected by the Special Olympics Incorporated to receive the 2004 Distinguished Service Award from USA Volleyball. Rick was awarded this honor for his work with the 2003 Special Olympic World Summer Games in Ireland.
