High Performance Program
Summer, 2001
The Carolina Region is pleased to announce it's 2001 High Performance
(HP) Program for Junior Girls.
- WHAT: The Carolina Region High Performance Teams are
geared towards Elite Volleyball Development through specialized
training and Elite Competition.
- WHO: Two teams have been selected: an 18 and under
Training Team and a 16 and under Travel Team. See below for teams.
- WHEN: HP Tryout Dates were held June 9 and 16. The
Training and Travel teams will come together July 9-13 for training
and competition. The 16 and under Travel team will go to Colorado
Springs to compete in the Colorado Youth Cup (July 22-29).
- WHERE: Team Training will take place on campus of
Appalachian State University.
- COACHES: Head - Chris Redding, Head Coach Appalachian
State; Assistant - Ashley Powers, Assistant Coach UNC-Chapel
Hill; Assistant - Missy Erixon, Appalachian Avalanche
