The main purpose of this Annual Meeting is to update the Region membership on the 2007/2008 season and any other items concerning the membership that may be presented. There are no elections scheduled to be held.

Following the Annual Meeting, the board will hold a regularly scheduled business meeting. Topics include: setting the 2008/2009 schedule dates, board meeting schedule, preparation for the retreat, and other items that may be presented. If you have an agenda item you wish to have the board consider, please forward to the Region Office by April 28.
