The main purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Board Members for two-year terms. The following positions are up for election:

If anyone is interested in running for a position on the Board or would like to nominate someone, please contact Secretary Dale Hartough. Incumbents may be elected to another term.
All Teams are entitled to one vote per position being elected in the election. If a slate of candidates is known before the meeting, they will be posted on the web page. Team Reps can contact the Region Office to receive a proxy to vote or may attend the meeting and cast their vote in person.
