The main purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Board Members for two-year terms. The following positions are up for election:

All Teams are entitled to vote in the election. If a slate of candidates is known before the meeting, they will be posted on the web page. Team Reps can contact the Region Office to receive a proxy to vote or may attend the meeting and cast their vote in person.
