UNC's Deez Balls - petition not to pay $50 fee for no-show at Gastonia (called late in the day). Recommend team pay half the fee since they did call but not at the beginning of the day.

Hurricanes, Goofy - coach (not head coach) put on roster but not member of Region. Sent warning letter telling them they need to register with Region and attend Impact/CAP coaching clinic to be listed as coach.
International Heritage - petition not to pay $50 fee for player not registered in time for tournament, plus check not in with registration (received week after team played). Recommended to deny the petition.

Men's B division - one real adult team (4 Juniors and 1 Men's B) - recommend Juniors MB Regional and a MB Regional (even though one team).
Participant Behavior at tournaments - Adult - appears to be more unrest than normal regarding team sportsmanship. Violators will be sent a warning letter that they have been acting contrary to the Code of Conduct policy as stated on the membership application.
Treasurer report submitted by Dan Pickett. Received signed contract with Burgen Athletics for sport courts. Accountants have submitted W-2 for office staff. IRS will advise any back payroll taxes/interest/penalty owed for office staff. State level may waive penalties.
Take copies of by-laws home, note shaded areas and address at next meeting.
