2013 Annual Meeting

The Carolina Regional Volleyball Association will hold its Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Koury Convention Center (High Point Road exit off I-40, next to Four Seasons Mall) in Greensboro at 1:00 pm (Pinehurst Room of Convention Center). All Members of the Carolina Region are invited to attend.

The main purpose of this Annual Meeting is to update the Region membership and Board of Directors on the 2012/2013 season and any other items concerning the membership that may be presented.  Elections will not be held (they were held last season).

Following the Annual Meeting, the board will hold a regularly scheduled business meeting. Topics include: setting the 2013/2014 schedule dates, 2014 Board meeting schedule, preparation for the retreat, and other items that may be presented. If you have an agenda item you wish to have the board consider, please forward to the Region Office by May 2.
